To visit the Empire State Building Observatory Experience, you’ll need to first select a date and time of visit on the reservation website and bring both the timed reservation tickets and the voucher provided by our company to gain entry. Please note that this reservation link will be deactivated on March 31, 2022. After that date, you’ll need to make a same-day or next-day reservation by using the on-site kiosks located on the second floor of the building. Make sure to remember that reservations are subject to availability.
Note: As of February 18, 2022, masks are optional for all guests at the Empire State Building Observatory Experience.
Insider Tips:
- Please note that tripods are not allowed at the Empire State Building Observatory and there are no storage facilities on site.
- However, a free multimedia tour app is included with every Empire State Building admission.
- You can download the app for free from the Apple Store or Google Play, or connect to it once on-site via the free WiFi.
- To avoid crowds, it’s recommended to visit the Observatory before 10:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m.
